Guide 03 · Context

Daily routines without miracle claims.

Routine can affect comfort and energy. It should not be presented as a cure for a condition that still needs proper assessment.

Vegetables and food on a table
Meals can be logged as context without assigning them medical powers.
Glass of water
Fluid timing may affect frequency, especially late in the day.

Food

A varied diet with fibre and regular meals supports general daily function and can help avoid constipation, which may add discomfort for some people. No single food has been shown to cure prostatitis.

Fluids

Staying adequately hydrated matters, but “more is always better” is not a useful rule. If frequent urination is disrupting sleep, record when and how much you drink and discuss the pattern with a clinician.

Movement and sitting

Gentle movement can be part of daily context; intense exercise is not automatically better.

If long sitting periods seem to line up with discomfort, record that. Choose manageable movement rather than treating exercise as a medical fix.

Rest

A quiet bedroom
Sleep disruption belongs in the log because it changes how the whole day feels.

Poor sleep can make pain and stress harder to manage. Note whether symptoms wake you, whether you are passing urine at night, and whether fatigue is changing your routine.
